We worked with GE Healthcare to shape their online diagnostics platform which enabled administrators deliver more precise and efficient care across their vast hospital networks. The platform enabled administrators to make faster and more informed decisions about medical care, performance benchmarks, and manage outcomes across health providers in their network.
GE Healthcare’s clinical diagnostics platform was designed to help achieve greater efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and increase access to care. Embedded within existing hospital workflows, responsive web-based applications were integrated to assimilate data from disparate sources, and apply analytics to generate clinical, operational, and financial insights to help hospitals and clinics deliver better care.
Our impact
When designing for GE Healthcare, we connected the dots between activities, processes, systems, and people. Our approach focused on working directly with GE's healthcare organizations to understand the most critical unmet needs and solve for them. We drove design, development, rapid iteration, validation, and architected experiences ensuring the final product delivered on its promise to reshape healthcare outcomes and the decisions that powered them.
